They used to contain accurate figures on the income/expenditure of the BUF, and would give people interested in the association vs. federation discussion a little more factual data on where (in the past) the money comes from/goes (i.e. now that they seem relevant, more people may read them!) Also, in this vein, I'm interested in what effect the evolution of the Ultim8 Tour has had on the cash flow. 2) It is my belief that BUF registered clubs should receive up to date copies of the WFDF Rules Booklet as a part of their affiliation fee. I haven't seen a new one for a while (I've got the Druids' orange covered 1995 Eighth Edition copy, and I know that the 1998 Eleventh Edition is on the WFDF website). Is this issue still supposed to happen? If so, could we please have a copy? I appreciate that the BUF does not have to stick to the WFDF Rules for domestic competition (the UPA has their own set of rules), but it would be nice to know where the differences are, and for the WUCC/GB teams to be able to know exactly where they _could_ come unstuck due to such differences.
