(5) Interference Original text: No player on the throwing team may touch the throw-off in the air before it is touched by a member of the receiving team. Addition: No member on the throwing team may intercept the disc in connection with a failed attempt by the receiving team to catch the throw-off. 404.05 D. (7) Reception in Endzone Whenever a player obtains possession of the throw-off within the end-zone he or she is defending, that player shall put the disc into play from the point he or she took possession. Failing to catch after touching (Replacement rule 404.05 D (8) Whenever a member of the receiving team touches the disc during its flight (whether in or out-of bounds) in a genuine attempt to catch the disc, and the receiving team subsequently fails to catch the disc prior to its touching the ground, the player that tried to catch the disc can pick it up from where it stops. If the first touch on the disc during its flight is anything other than a genuine attempt to catch the disc, and the receiving team subsequently fails to catch the disc prior to its touching the ground, the team throwing-off regains possession of the disc where it stops. NOTE: this means you can drop the pull and still keep possession. ---------- Not bad huh? Peldi --------------67D6C822AB3FA37F39AAF70B--
