Not the first time Ultimate has been on the show either.  I recall Shotgun
doing their thing in the BBC car park a few years back.  

Who's going to make it a hat trick of appearances for Ultimate then?

	Look's like Merrick has got a new career as a Blue Peter Presenter.
	Last night's programme saw him and the rest of Blue Arse Flies
(although
	Blue Peter elected to call them BAF) running around the Blue Peter
garden.
	He also showed the Presenter's the 3 basic throws.
