Entry Procedure The entry fee for the event is =A380 per team. First teams will get = priority when applications are put in, should there be any spaces then = second teams will be included in the order that they were received. = Please send a cheque payable to S.U.Frisbee and send to the address = below. Only teams that have paid their =A315 BUF tax for this event can enter. = If you have not done so then please pay this to Dora Kemp separately. All entries to the event should be with us no later than Friday 20th = June. We only have space for 32 teams, so don=92t hang around. Of course = if you have your cheque books available at Tour III then we=92ll = gratefully accept all your cheques, cash or otherwise. Venue The tournament will be held at two university sports grounds about 5 = minutes walk apart. The first is the traditional Southampton Outdoors = site at The Wellington sports ground; the other is Wide Lane sports = ground. There will be 10 pitches marked and coned, and games discs will be = provided for each pitch/team.=20 There are plenty of changing and showering facilities in the Wellington = Sports Pavilion. Hot and cold food and drinks will be provided in the = canteen and the bar should be open all day. There will be a paramedic on standby at the main site in case of = emergency. Sports massage facilities will also be available all weekend. Accommodation As is traditional for Southampton Outdoors camping is provided on-site = for Friday and Saturday night, with incredibly close proximity to the = party held in the pavilion. Enclosed is a list of hotels, hostels and = B&B=92s in Southampton. For food and non-party entertainment Skunks social secretary recommends = going into the city where they have a whole world of cuisine and plenty = of pubs and clubs. Getting back to the ground could be a problem though = =96 taxis from town will cost a lot and there is no regular bus service = direct to the ground. Transport Enclosed should be a map of the university sports facilities. Arriving by car Definitely the easiest method. You have to go on the M27 = from virtually any direction. From the M27 take junction 5 (signed = Airport) and on the roundabout take the exit marked towards Chandlers = Ford and Sports Grounds. (Eastbound this is the 1st exit on roundabout, = Westbound it is the 3rd exit). Follow this road up and take the first = left-hand turn into Stoneham Lane. Follow this for a few hundred meters = go past the church on your right and Wellington Sports ground is just = after the church. Please park close together in the car park because = there is only limited room. Arrival by Air, Rail or bus It=92s probably easiest to contact us = directly for information as there is no direct public transport route as = far as I know. The closest train station is Airport Parkway, this is = next to the airport and a taxi is probably the easiest route to getting = to the ground.
