Hi all
I'm still having problems getting Lambeth Council to confirm that we can
use this particular space on the Common. I'm awaiting a return call from
them ("she's in a meeting" again) this afternoon, but it remains to be
seen if that call ever materialises. (Update: it's now 5pm, and nothing).
Because I'm sure no one wants to put it off any longer, I'm proposing
that we start tomorrow (Thursday) evening regardless.
Where: Near Eagle Pond, Clapham Common. However, NOT where the Shotgun
practice always is/was, but just around the back of there. Go up the
footpath from Windmill Lane, past the old Gun pitch on the left, and our
spot is on the right of the path.
Start time: From 6:45 pm, play usually gets going by 7.20 or so.

Note that there will be no league system operating this year - pickup
games only.
