Entry Fees for Tour I (Hitchin 10+11 April 1999) MUST be posted. 
- 1st Class on Thursday, LATEST!!! to make the Closing Date.

Layout Dreams will NOT be accepting cheques at Indoor Nationals
        (it's not fair on the teams that won't be there!)


Tour Entry - Rules interpretation:

For Event I:

New year, Event I - the "top 16" get no favouritism on entry.

Deposits (15.00 to BUF c/o Dora Kemp) get you onto the Tour Waiting List (TWL);

Entry Fees (80.00 to Layout Dreams c/o Wayne Retter) received BEFORE
Closing Date (20 March 1999) moves you from the TWL to the Tournament;
- if space becomes an issue for Entry Fees received *before Closing
Date*, TWL order kicks in to determine acceptance.

i.e. If the tournament holds 32 teams, and we get 36 Entry Fees before Closing 
Date, the TWL (i.e. Deposit payment) will determine acceptance/refusal.


Teams on the TWL for whom Entry Fees have NOT been received before Closing Date 
MAY (but NOT necessarily "will") get chased, but there's no guarantees of 
anything;
- The withdrawal penalties start kicking in now.

Having said that here's a chaser for the following who've paid their BUF
deposits, but I've not yet received Entry Fees:
        Bliss;
        Whiplash;
        Chevron Action Flash;
        Gael Force;
        Nightfever;
