As some of you know, Anglia News came along to the Miton Keynes regional on
Saturday, taped interviews with myself and some Cambridge players and filmed
a few games.  The report was broadcast on Monday night around 18:00hrs.
Apparently I look quite good with the extra ten pounds so am making a
concerted effort to binge eat.  I didn't see the footage but according to an
Ultimate virgin we came across really well, and the game looked "quite
sporty".  We didn't get into the weekend's "sporting roundup" but rest
assured we were at least ten minutes and a commercial break before the
"recorder competition" and the "lambing season", and only just after a
"stabbing".  I deduce from watching Drop The Dead Donkey that this is a
fairly prominent position and will have commanded much more attention than
the snotty eight year old girls blowing down sticks for fun.  My friend
Jermey will pull some strings and try to get us a slot on Newsnight for this
weekend.  No promises, of course.....
