Invitations go in the post, first class, on Wednesday 10 March, to the team
contacts (addresses as per the BUF website allteams.xls database) of the
teams listed at the end of this message.
Please be aware that the official closing date for entry to this event is
20 March 1999. (This may get extended a _little_)
You need to get sorted ASAP - send deposits (15.00) to BUF c/o Dora Kemp,
and entrance fees (80.00) and forms to Layout Dreams - so that we can
confirm your entry and send you any further details.
Whether or not you are on the following list, if your team does not plan to
attend, please let me know, so that I know who NOT to expect.
Remember - teams do not have to enter all of the events, or be rostered, so
it's possible for newer/smaller/less established teams to combine (check
out the Ultim8 Tour Rules at
http://www.phidelta.demon.co.uk/ultim8/tour1999/ ) and enter one-off events
- if they enter soon enough.
