hello

We need to be planning the INDOOR NATIONALS.
In fact we really should be planning 1998 NICs
(thats National Indoor Championships for those who don't know Bud-speak)
but we still have to do 1997!!

The more we can "announce" by the end of Sept. the better... 
(for Sport Council reasons that I won't bore you with)
Obviously there is NO WAY we can sort the whole thing by then.
But I would like to settle the dates by then - that gives us all about a
week to do some thinking...

At this point, I want to hear from 

ANYONE WHO IS CONSIDERING or IS INTERESTED in hosting one of the 4 regional
tourneys and/or the finals.
In order to help you, at this point we can work from mid-Feb into mid-March
(roughly)... 
if you can check availability at your intended venue you will prob. find
that they are mostly booked up - which is why I am leaving it so open
*temporarily*.

I will be fixing the dates by Friday next week - thats the 27th Sept.

What I need now is to hear from interested parties about what they wnat to 
do and *WHEN* their venue is free... no good me specifying 2 w/es only to 
find that nothing is available.

Sorry for shortness of time.  NB - I'm NOT asking for proper bids by next week.
I just want to get an impression of whats-what with venues and dates.

NB - Also, some people may be planning other tournaments over Feb and March.
eg Warwick Indoors, (obviously Ralf and I already know about that one!)
If you are planning something for then - it would help if you could let me know
about it - because otherwise I won't know which w/es to avoid....
Again - I don't need all the details - but vague plans would help!

Obviously, not everyone is on email - don't forget to mention this to the
other people in your team if you are not the person who normally thinks of
running a tourney.  Thanks.
