I have got it. In a monday morning flash of inspiration.....
Let's move the students holidays to the winter and then we can play
all summer. Swap the term times around, change daylight hours, we have
so many options available I really can't believe there is room for debate!
That's it, any volunteers for sorting it out? Should only take half a day.

PS: If they can do windsurfing indoors with no real wind, I am sure we can
play Ultimate outdoors with lots of wind.
