Given the discussion at present that has taken a turn 
towards fresher's fairs and recruitment and keeping people 
around once they're recruited, I think it's time to 
advertise my efforts.

I have surveyed websites with any information relating to 
coaching, recruiting, and tactics in ultimate.

In addition, I have added my own personal experience of 
starting a new team (for 3 years in a row) and have put all 
of that information down on my web site.

It's by no means comprehensive, but it's the best I could 
do given the amount of time that I have.

Any comments or suggestions are welcome.  This information 
was originally written to be included in a BUF pack to go 
out to new teams, but for some reason never quite made it 
in (maybe someone in the BUF could tell me why?)

Anyways, have a look if you are interested in recruiting, 
coaching, drills, or tactics in ultimate.
