Also I found out about the 1998 WFDF rules. (1) Tournments. As you hopefully know by now, there are TWO tournaments on June 6-7, the CAM98 tournament in Cambridge and the Fiesta nr. Bristol. CAM98 will have both a junior division and an open division. We have booked 11 pitches, and we would like to have 28 teams come. Please please please make sure that your team goes to at least one of CAM98 and Fiesta. They are both expected to be excellent tournaments in beautiful locations. If you don't, as Wayne indicated, there will be great reluctance on the part of volunteers to organise future non-tour tournaments! CAM98 information is at http://wol.ra.phy.cam.ac.uk/ultimate/cam98/ and the contact is Dora. (2) 1998 WFDF rules are identical to 1996, says Charlie Mead. You can find the rules at www.wfdf.org. (3) GB Masters. As Wayne said, *now* is the time for all old farts to get out of their slippers and think about joining the GB squad. We need another 5 or so in order to send a team to the Worlds. We will be going to the chaos tournament 30-31 May, and invite anyone who is remotely interested to please join our team there. The final decision about entering a team will be made that weekend. Please contact Neil Travers or me. Please pass this message on to any old dears who are not connected to britdisc. GBM info is at http://wol.ra.phy.cam.ac.uk/ultimate/gbm/ Yours, David ps Register for CAM98 or Fiesta NOW! -------------------------------------------------------------------------- David J.C.
