I hear rumbles of doubt as to whether GB will be sending a Masters team
to Worlds (Minneapolis) this year...

I know that the distance and expense seem great, and that there are now
more demands on our Masters' time (work, wives, babies), but there seem
to be a keen few struggling on in the hope that their fellows will find
sudden inspiration and join them...

If this is to happen, it needs to do so damn quick - it's not so long
until the registration deadline. If not, a firm decision needs to be
made before anyone goes out and books flights and later finds them
wasted.

and maybe a plan for Europeans99 and/or World Clubs should be
instigated...

Wayne
- not old enough to be a master, yet!
- pissed off 'cos 16 teams won't commit to a tournament in Milton
Keynes, and 16 people won't commit to a team for WORLDS!
- going to Rotterdam to avoid any flak this causes

PS: I KNOW that some of you have valid reasons, but many seem to be
fielding excuses...
