Please be sure to let these foreign teams know that the British Open is specifically intended to be the answer to this issue of foreign competition, to expand the game here. It's being held from 11th to 13th September this year, here on the south coast, a location that is ideal to entice foreign participation.

I trust the BUF will be plugging the Open in a big way, particularly in light of your comments Si.
