Dear all,

There have been a number of requests for possible pickup places at this
weekends tournament. As there is still room for a couple more teams, we
are happy for any players to come along and we will organise some pickup
teams, a bit like a Hat tourny.

The cost will be £10 per player, payable on the day. Accommodation will be
available if required.

Just to keep us updated on the sort of numbers to expect, please try and
e-mail us before the weekend if possible, especially if you want
directions.

Some tournament details:

Saturday - captains meeting 9am, games start 9.30am, social in the
evening.

Sunday - late start (around 12.30) with the possibility of a few friendly
outdoor games in the morning for those early birds!
