Accommodation options for Tour 2:

a) IF YOU'RE EVEN *THINKING* OF BOOKING A ROOM FOR SATURDAY NIGHT AT SWINDON, 

The venue is insisting on the following:

Cost:
Room for ONE person   = GBP 25.00
ONE additional person = GBP 5.00 surcharge

(Maximum TWO people total per room)
The rooms contain one single bed, tea+coffee making facilities, colour TV, 
ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, bedding, toiletries and towels provided.

Bookings:
MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE OF THE EVENT
Cut-off time/date = Friday 17 April 2.00pm

You will be required to supply the names of the people staying in the room, at 
the time of booking.

SECURITY will be entitled to enter your rooms to check the numbers of occupants!

Rooms will be accessible from 2.00pm on Saturday.
Kicking out time is 9.00am Sunday morning.

b) It's a field (with NO trimmings!), it's available Friday and Saturday nights.
        BRING A TENT!!!

contact the Swindon Information Centre on 01793-530328 or 466454 (best idea!)
or check the InfoPack that your team contact will be sent.
