being ROSTERED (honest - the Regional TD should have taken
rosters from your teams !), anyone who played for a team at
Regionals that did not qualify for Nationals CANNOT play,
unless they want to get the team disqualified!
You can bring the original qualifying team members, and
anyone who DIDN'T play at Regionals
