Qualifiers are : Scotland 	4
		North 		6
		Midland	8
		S West 	6

If a qualifying side decides not to go their slot will be offered to
the next team
from that region. If more than one team from a region decides not to go
I intend
to consult with Chris Hughes (finals organiser) to decide which team to
offer
their place to.
