Not least because this is precisely what I sought to achieve when I moved from London to Oxford. A number of teams have tried over the years to poach me (funnily enough the offers are getting fewer now - I wonder why? Must be getting real slow now) but I resisted offers simply because I believe that it's going to be better for the sport in the long run if local teams become established, rather than old boys' teams. Not only have we created four new teams over the years, but anyone living in the Oxford area gets guaranteed ultimate every week. The only disappointment is that we've never put together a really good team. And that's where I would welcome coaching help. See you all this weekend Toby
