Hi

1. Still waiting for final confirmation on Tour V - but 
EXPECT it to be Exeter on July 11/12.
GB training sessions are fitted in around it, I will 
get the dates out when we know for sure about Exeter.

2. It seems that this year we have:
Tour I   : Leicester   March 28/29
Tour II  : Swindon     April 18/19
Tour III : Birmingham  May 9/10
Tour IV  : Soton       June 20/21
Tour V   : Exeter      July 11/12 - probably.

Apologies to Northern (esp. Scottish) folk for lack of
Northern venue - altho' I think inclusion of Brum is an
improvement.

3. Draft of Tour Rules

I've finally done the work I've been promising to do on 
the tour.  I now have an improved (I hope) set of rules.
(Hopefully better rules, and also presented in clearer
way.)

Changes are based on what we learnt last year + comments
from lots of people and of course the questionnaires.
This version is supposed to be a draft.  We'd like as many
people as poss to read it and perhaps make suggestions;
register complaints, etc.  

So if you are not worried about details/(or if you trust me!)
you can just ignore it all for the moment.

But there isn't much time.  I need to hear from you by
18th Feb at the latest - to give me time to make any changes
that may be necessary and get the whole thing back out to 
everyone in time for entries to the first tournament.

I have two e-versions.  One is Word97 document, and the other 
just plain text, (not so easy to read).
I will send the .txt version to BD after this message.

If you want the Word 97 version, then email me, and I'll send 
it back to you.  
If you want an alternative Word version (eg 6.0) 
then I guess I could sort that out over the w/e - 
make sure you give me details.

Also Andy Cotgreave will have hard copies at the Women's Tourney
this w/e in Oxford; and also at Bristol Indoors next week.
I will try to get hard copies to the Regional Tourneys over the next
couple of weeks.

Thats it.

The final version will be given to all teams by beginning of March.
