well thats good isn't it....

Sorry folks - that message was meant to go to TOBY!
But now I've done it I may aswell fill you all in on the
current situation - although I was going to wait until 
Monday so that I could just send out an actual decision!!

At this point:

for various reasons it now *looks* as though

1. finals will be 26/27 Oct
2. with regionals most likely to be on 19/20.

BUT don't take that as definite yet - because it won't be 
until over the w/e that all the info about possible bids will
get to me.

In particular, it is possible that not all the regionals will be
the same w/e.

Don't flame me now... there will be a proper notice about all this
on Monday.  Sorry about any confusion, I was trying to be flexible 
in order to help people put bids in.

Again, lots of apologies for pointless mail...
