Hi Toby

You'll doubtless be pleased to hear that the bids I am expecting
for finals are for 26/27... and that for regionals I expect mostly
bids for 19/20.

In particular, I expect both SW and N&M to be 19/20 Oct.

SE is less sure - but theres a good chance that it will also be
19/20... 

Final details should be out on/by Monday - till then no *absolute*
promises - but it all looks OK!  Sorry for the difficulties caused
by late organisation...
