Er, no they weren't. I actually never thought of publishing them. The
committee did have a mammoth meeting to discuss the results, so I can
assure you that all the questionnaires were read, and all the results were
taken into account. The results are not really available, either - they are
all scribbled on, and couldn't really be presented without a load of
effort.

So, sorry about that, but next year we will try and make questionnaire
results available.
